At Coogee Bikes, we want you to ride with complete confidence. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, tools, and accessories are included to prevent restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the bike or gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
