Do your bikes come fully assembled?
All bikes shipped within the local area come 95% assembled. You will only need to attach the pedals, handlebars, and front wheel. We provide all the necessary tools and a step-by-step guide to get you on the road in minutes.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Do Coogee Bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our frames come with a limited lifetime warranty. Components such as gears, brakes, and suspension are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
Can I book a test ride before purchasing?
Absolutely! If you are near our Coogee showroom, you can book a 20-minute test ride through our website to ensure the frame size and geometry are the perfect fit for you.
